Recently, our company successfully sold a fried seaweed roll line to Cambodia, providing strong support for Cambodian customers' market expansion.
 
This Cambodian customer, with extensive experience in the food processing industry, keenly recognized the growing demand for innovative snack foods in the local market and the popularity of seaweed rolls. To adapt to these trends and enhance product diversity, the customer decided to add a production line for fried seaweed rolls to their existing operations.
 

After fully understanding the Cambodian client's needs, we customized a complete fried seaweed roll solution. This solution encompasses a complete set of equipment from frying to de-oiling to packaging, achieving a high degree of automation, significantly reducing manual labor and improving production efficiency. The fryer ensures a uniform and crispy seaweed roll texture, while the de-oiler effectively reduces the oil content, making the finished product healthier and more in line with modern consumer demands. The packaging machine ensures an attractive appearance and a tight seal, extending shelf life.
 
Taking into account the spatial structure of the customer's factory, we designed the solution in conjunction with the on-site layout to achieve a more compact equipment layout and smoother process flow. This resulted in a double increase in production efficiency and workshop utilization without increasing additional space.
 
The commissioning of this production line will not only help the customer quickly enter the emerging seaweed roll market, but will also further consolidate its competitive advantage in Cambodia's food processing industry.
