Recently, a customer from Pakistan successfully purchased a 200kg/h potato chip machine produced by our company to carry out its first potato chip production business.
 
The client had no prior food processing experience but was confident in the potential of the potato chip market. To mitigate initial investment risk and gain operational experience, he decided to use a smaller production capacity—200 kg/hour—of potato chips. This capacity was suitable for testing the market, establishing sales channels, and facilitating rapid adjustments to product strategies based on market feedback.
 

Throughout the collaboration, our technical team maintained close communication with the client, gaining a thorough understanding of their factory's spatial structure and water and electricity configurations. Taking into account the client's limited plant width and restricted material inlet and outlet directions, we optimized the equipment layout to ensure smooth production line operation while fully utilizing limited space resources.
 
The potato chip production process we offer covers all key steps, including washing and peeling, slicing, blanching, dehydrating, frying, and de-oiling. All equipment is independently developed and manufactured by our company, ensuring consistent quality, ease of operation, and simple maintenance. We also provide a range of services, including operator training, installation guidance, and process recipe recommendations, to help customers quickly establish a stable production process.
 
The customer expressed high recognition for the quality and service of our potato chips equipment and is currently actively preparing for production testing.
